We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Some situations that lead to cancellation of any order include limitation of the quantities available for purchase, error or inaccuracies in product or pricing information and so on. We will notify in case of any such cancellations and the amount charged by your credit or debit card will be reversed back to your Card Account

You also have the opportunity to exchange the product or get a refund by returning the item back to us. However returns are accepted only if the product is in unused and saleable condition with its original packaging and other original tags
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 5-7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund or PreBazaar wallet whichever is the customer’s preference.
